Our cuvees

Champagne Boizel Joyau de France millésime 1995

The name of this prestige cuvée recalls that of ”Trésor”, the vault which has sheltered the great vintages since 1834. Created by René Boizel in 1961, it represents the quintessence of the Boizel know-how.

Production
This special cuvée is produced only in exceptional years from Grands and Premiers Crus grapes, a portion of which is vinified in barrels. These grapes are selected for their aptitude to develop after vinification, blending and ageing a unique character and finesse.
Around 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir.

Tasting
The robe is intense gold with a very fine mousse. The first aromas are delicate (white flowers, fresh almond), then notes of candied fruits and grilles brioche.
On the palate, a fantastic balance between freshness, mellowness and body. The fruity aromas are predominant (peach, pear) with a great complexite and hints of biscuits and dry raisins.
the finish is very pure and long.

Food/Wine pairing
For exceptional moments and rare alliances.
This wine will ahve a magnificent evolution for long years on a good cellar.
Available in 75 cl bottles.
